Sadly, this passes for entertainment today. I mean, the first eighteen times they said, ďthe G-D piece of fu_kiní $hit that doesnít fu_kiní work, that every G-D consumer is lined up to fu_kiní getÖ.Ē, was funny. After about eighteen, it is not funny anymore. Donít get me wrong, I am not a total fuddy-duddy; the story line is great, but I think they could have limited it to a couple of well-placed profanities per announcer and guest and come away with a good production.

It seems as if this is what the public wants; evidenced by the zero content and rising vulgarity on the TV airwaves, cable and movies. However, I donít waste my time on either, so what would I know. I do catch enough in passing to see what the masses are watching. Even stand-up comedy; you donít need a story, just use many well-placed profanities and you will be successful. The people paid their hard-earned money to get in and buy drinks, so by-gosh, they are going to laugh!

Music is my escape. I choose what I want to listen to and what equipment I want to play it on. I have total control and that gives me great pleasure.

No offense to anyone, but I ignore youtube links as a matter of course. Bad video and even worse audio coupled with juvenile content seems to bring out the lemming in people - don't be a lemming! Don't jump off the cliff known as youtube!

*This has been a public service announcement from AnalogKid - keeping you safe from lemming-like behavior for nearly 50 years!*

There are a few good things on you tube if you can find them:

So many speakers, so little time.

I do think the profanity was a bit excessive but I did get a bit of a chuckle.
