Hello I'm a native Houstian living in Boston right now. I will relocating back to Houston in 4 years. I have always been into hifi but am new to diyaudio but not to diy electronic.
I'm currently taking on my first project 2 pushpull 845 monoblocks.  My actual feild of expertise is material science so if you have any questions about metal i'm your guy.

Welcome Nick. The Lonestar Bottleheads have meets in Houston. Then there is the Houston Audio Society for more upscale ventures into audio.

Keep us updated on your project. It sounds great.

I'm a new guy too but saying "Hi" anyway so HI!! So how you liking Boston compared to Texas? Expensive?? Grin

Hi John I agree Boston is expensive but I'm getting good experience here. And I'm sure as he double hockey stick's not stayen here forever. I've been here almost 2 years and I already miss Houston.
